Frequently asked questions
Here you will find answers to the most common questions about products, use and delivery.
How does the drinking fountain work?
The fountain continuously circulates the water, keeping it fresh and more appealing to the cat. The water passes through the filter before being returned to the drinking area.
Why choose a drinking fountain instead of a regular water bowl?
Many cats prefer moving water. The continuous circulation also helps keep the water fresh and reduces hair and impurities in the water.
Is the fountain quiet?
Yes. The fountain is designed with a quiet pump so that it can be placed in the home without being disruptive.
How much water does the fountain hold?
The fountain has a capacity of 2.2 liters, so your cat will have access to water throughout the day without you having to refill it constantly.
Does the fountain filter the water?
Yes. The filter helps capture hair, dirt, and other impurities before the water is circulated back into the fountain.
How long is the delivery time?
Expected delivery time is normally 5-10 business days. You will receive tracking information by email when the order has been shipped.
Do I have the right of withdrawal?
Yes, you have a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. The product must be returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
